Upgrading to IntelliPRINT Analytics 4.0 (released in December 2010) can deliver the following results:

Maintenance & Technical Support:

A.   Customers with a Valid Maintenance Contract for IntelliPRINT Analytics 3.x

  • Continued technical support will be available till the end of the validity period of the support contract even if validity is later than December 31, 2011. In order to retain continued maintenance and support beyond the validity date of their current maintenance contracts, customers will be required to upgrade to IntelliPRINT Analytics 4.0.
  • Customers who do not want to upgrade to IntelliPRINT Analytics 4.0 but require maintenance and support beyond the validity date of their current contract need to contact us prior to December 31, 2011 to discuss our Premium Support model.

B.   Customers not covered by a Valid Maintenance Contract for IntelliPRINT Analytics 3.x

  • Customers will be required to upgrade to IntelliPRINT Analytics 4.0 in order to avail maintenance and support
  • Customers who do not want to upgrade to IntelliPRINT Analytics 4.0 but want to purchase maintenance and support for the End of Life version need to contact us prior to December 31, 2011 to discuss our Premium Support model.
